Day 198 - World Wide Missions store
Saturday, July 19, 2008
We went to the World Wide Missions store. It's sort of like a huge garage sale, but the proceeds benefit worldwide missions. Rachael got a gyroscope and a cool reading lamp. Nick bought a Winnie the Pooh fanny pack (yes, Jeff was thrilled!), and I found these...

I was so excited! They were only $1 each. They were a perfect find considering next year is the medieval portion of our historical studies!

I'm not sure if this would fit in with your studies, but you are more than welcome to borrow "After the Black Death, A Social History of Early Modern Europe".

I haven't read it yet, so I can't say whether it's good, bad or ugly.
