I detest summer. I am NOT a hot weather person. One of the only redeeming qualities of summer is the fresh food. One such food is fresh corn on the cob. As Rachael was shucking the corn, she started laughing and said, "Look Mom, a unicorn!" She is definitely her father's daughter...
