  Today is Rachael's 11th Birthday. We took the day off from schoolwork (something we do every year ... yet another homeschool perk!) and Rachael made her own birthday cake (she insisted!) Jeff's parents went to Rachael's Taekwon-do with us, then we went to Pizza Hut with his dad for dinner followed by cake at his mom & dad's house. Jeff's parents gave her $50 cash, but his dad gave her a separate card with another $50 cash in it for her to spend on our upcoming vacation. He also gave Nick $20. Lucky kids!
