Rachael tries out some of her newly learned self defense techniques on her dad. Most of her Taekwon-do class today revolved around different techniques you can use to escape a would-be captor...
Good for her learning self defense moves. It looks like they are both having fun. My 14 year old son is a black belt in TKD, I have spent more time in the studio than I would like to admit lol.
Oh, ds (10) in our house is in martial arts. He and dad love to spar all the time! Drives the mama nuts! Dd (6) can't wait to get back into it. Won't it be fun to see brother and sister sparring?? Ummmm... no. But, I love seeing the girls learing self-defense.
